Important News: Production of Mikrocellar™ units has been placed on hold temporarily
due to a delay in the delivery of an important component. If you would like to be
informed when production has recommenced, please e-
1. Do not place liquid directly into Mikrocellar™
2. Ensure no sharp objects or liquids enter the unit via its air circulation openings. This could result in a fire or an electric shock.
3. Always unplug your unit before cleaning it.
4. To clean the inside of your Mikrocellar™ unplug it and wipe it down with a warm, damp cloth. Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaners. Mild soap or baking soda solution is sufficient.
5. Your Mikrocellar™ will not cool properly if air intake vents are blocked or if your unit is in direct sunlight.
6. Keep away from radiators.
7. Buzzer will sound if power is disconnected (check display is on). Check connections and mains supply. Buzzer can be muted by pressing the buzzer mute button near the display.
8. Ensure that the Mikrocellar™ is placed on a level surface with the lid upwards.
The ale will not be drawn correctly if tilted.
9. Test battery regularly by cutting mains supply until buzzer sounds. Reconnect supply afterwards.
10. Allow contents to reach recommended temperature and settle before serving.
11. Vacuum around vents regularly to prevent dust build up.
Recommended Ale Temperature: 9°C
